We are seeking an experienced Freelance AI Developer to collaborate on cutting-edge AI projects. As a freelance contractor, you will work on a project basis to design, implement, and optimize advanced AI systems and workflows, leveraging modern tools and platforms to deliver impactful business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Agent Development: Design and implement AI agent workflows using tools like Crew AI and other frameworks to create intelligent, autonomous systems.

• Solution Design: Develop scalable AI solution blueprints and contribute to industry-focused agentic solutions.

• Cloud Integration: Build and optimize AI solutions on platforms like GCP, AWS, and Bedrock, ensuring scalability and reliability.

• Data & Model Management: Utilize tools like Supabase to streamline data storage, retrieval, and deployment.

• Algorithm Optimization: Develop, train, and refine machine learning models to achieve high performance and precision.

• Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to align project outcomes with business objectives.

• Delivery: Manage deliverables within agreed timelines, ensuring high-quality results.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if exceptional skills and experience can be demonstrated.

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years in AI or machine learning engineering.

• Proven experience in deploying and maintaining AI agent stacks and end-to-end systems.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AI agent stacks like Crew AI and other relevant frameworks.

• Expertise in cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, and Bedrock.

• Experience with Supabase for data management and integration.

• Strong skills in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

• Advanced programming skills in Python or equivalent languages.

Additional Requirements:

• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

• EU-based or valid work authorization for EU-based projects.

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results remotely.
