Analyst - AI Process Automation

About the Role

Full-Time, Remote (EU)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst - AI Process Automation to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, analyzing processes, identifying automation opportunities, and driving the implementation of AI-powered solutions.

Salary Range: €55,000 - €65,000 per year
Experience Level: Entry Level
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, or related field
Skills Required: Strong analytical skills, understanding of AI and automation concepts, and excellent communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to map, analyze, and document existing processes, identifying opportunities for AI and automation improvements.

• Requirement Gathering: Translate business needs into actionable requirements for the technical team, ensuring clarity and alignment.

• Solution Design: Work with AI developers to design automation workflows and ensure that solutions meet business objectives.

• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users, ensuring seamless communication and expectation management.

• Performance Monitoring: Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of AI-driven automation solutions, providing regular reports to stakeholders.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on AI and automation trends to proactively identify opportunities for innovation within the organization.

  
  

Qualifications:

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, process optimization, or a similar role.

  • Exposure to AI, automation technologies, or digital transformation projects is highly desirable.

• Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with AI concepts, RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools, or automation platforms is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping software (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio).

• Additional Requirements:

  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.

  • Valid EU work permit or citizenship.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
