(Senior) AI Engineer

We are seeking an experienced (Senior) AI Engineer to join our forward-thinking team. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize sophisticated AI models and systems, leveraging cutting-edge tools and platforms to drive impactful business solutions.

Salary Range: 60,000 - €95,000 per year
Experience Level: Mid-Senior Level
Education Requirements: Master's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
Skills Required: Familiarity with AI Agent Stack (CrewAI, Letta, Supabase, GCP, AWS etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Agent Development: Design and implement AI agent workflows, leveraging tools such as Crew AI and other modern frameworks to build intelligent, autonomous systems.

• Design and shape the development of agentic solution blueprints and lay the foundation for industry focussed agentic ai solutions at scale.

• Cloud Integration: Build and optimize AI solutions on platforms like GCP, AWS, and Bedrock, ensuring scalability and reliability.

• Data & Model Management: Utilize tools like Supabase to streamline data storage, retrieval, and deployment for AI-driven workflows.

• Algorithm Optimization: Develop, train, and refine machine learning models to achieve high performance and precision.

• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, domain experts, and product managers, to deliver impactful AI solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of AI and ML trends, incorporating state-of-the-art advancements into the development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• Applicants without formal education are considered if they can demonstrate exceptional skills, impact and knowledge in their domain.

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years in AI or machine learning engineering.

• Proven experience in deploying and maintaining AI agent stacks and end-to-end systems.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AI agent stacks like Crew AI and other relevant frameworks.

• Expertise in cloud platforms including GCP, AWS, and Bedrock.

• Experience with Supabase for data management and integration.

• Strong skills in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

• Solid understanding of MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines for AI models.

• Proficiency in Python or equivalent programming languages.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel 80%

• Fluent in English and German.

• Valid EU work permit or citizenship.
